Pyromi Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Pyromi Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”). These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Pyromi affiliate and creator partnership programme operated by Pyromi Pte. Ltd. (“Pyromi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By applying to, joining, or participating in the Programme, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Programme.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, you must:
• Be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country or jurisdiction;
• Be at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction;
• Provide accurate and complete registration information;
• Maintain an active and compliant online presence;
• Not have previously been terminated from the Programme for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Pyromi reserves the right to reject or remove any applicant or affiliate at its sole discretion.
2. Programme Overview
The Pyromi Affiliate Programme is a creator and referral partnership programme that allows approved affiliates to earn recurring commissions by promoting Pyromi and referring users to the Pyromi platform.
The Programme is designed primarily for:
• Video editors;
• Short-form content creators;
• Gaming creators;
• Social media creators;
• Educators and productivity creators;
• Content clippers and digital creatives.
The Programme is commission-based only and does not create an employment relationship between Pyromi and affiliates.
3. Affiliate Relationship
Your participation in the Programme does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or exclusive relationship between you and Pyromi.
You are acting solely as an independent contractor. You are solely responsible for:
• Your content;
• Your taxes;
• Your audience interactions;
• Your legal compliance;
• Any statements or claims you make.
You may not represent yourself as an employee, official spokesperson, legal representative, or agent of Pyromi.
4. Registration & Account Approval
To join the Programme, you may be required to:
• Submit an application through the Pyromi website, LinkedIn, or approved recruitment channels;
• Complete interviews or onboarding processes;
• Connect social media accounts;
• Provide payment and tax information;
• Agree to these Terms.
Acceptance into the Programme is not guaranteed. Pyromi reserves the right to:
• Approve or reject any application;
• Request additional information;
• Suspend applications under review;
• Remove inactive or non-compliant affiliates.
5. Affiliate Links, Codes & Tracking
Approved affiliates will receive:
• A unique affiliate tracking link;
• A referral or coupon code;
• Access to a creator dashboard.
Tracking may be powered by third-party services including Stripe, Rewardful, analytics providers, and related tracking technologies.
5.1 Cookie Attribution
Pyromi currently uses a 60-day attribution window. If a user subscribes within sixty (60) days after clicking your affiliate link, the referral may be credited to your account.
The 60-day cookie attribution system applies to eligible tracked purchases and subscriptions made through approved affiliate links or referral codes.
Pyromi reserves the right to modify attribution windows, tracking methods, commission structures, or referral logic at any time.
5.2 Tracking Limitations
Pyromi does not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted tracking;
• Error-free attribution;
• Continuous availability of affiliate systems.
Tracking may be affected by:
• Browser restrictions;
• Ad blockers;
• Cookie deletion;
• VPN usage;
• Device switching;
• Third-party platform limitations.
Final commission decisions remain at Pyromi's sole discretion.
6. Commission Structure & Payouts
Affiliates may earn recurring commissions based on active subscriptions or qualifying purchases made through their affiliate link or code.
Current standard commission tiers are:
• Tier 1: 10% recurring commission for 1-9 active referred users;
• Tier 2: 12.5% recurring commission for 10-24 active referred users;
• Tier 3: 15% recurring commission for 25+ active referred users.
Commission tiers are evaluated based on active referred subscribers and may increase or decrease depending on affiliate performance.
Pyromi reserves the right to modify commission percentages, tiers, structures, or eligibility requirements at any time.
6.1 Current Payout Schedule
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Payouts are processed on or around the 15th of each month;
• Minimum payout threshold: USD $10;
• Balances below the threshold roll over into future payout cycles.
6.2 Payment Methods
Supported payout methods may include:
• Stripe;
• PayPal;
• Wise;
• Bank transfer;
• Other supported payment processors.
Affiliates are responsible for:
• Providing accurate payment information;
• Ensuring payout eligibility;
• Any currency conversion fees, banking fees, or tax obligations.
6.3 Taxes
Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, and legal compliance in their respective jurisdictions.
Pyromi may require submission of tax forms, identity verification documents, or compliance documentation before payouts are released.
7. Refunds, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Pyromi reserves the right to:
• Reverse commissions associated with refunded transactions;
• Deduct chargebacks from pending balances;
• Delay payouts for verification or fraud review;
• Withhold commissions generated through suspicious activity.
Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:
• Self-referrals;
• Artificial traffic generation;
• Click manipulation;
• Bot traffic;
• Fake purchases;
• Misleading promotions;
• Impersonation;
• Unauthorized coupon distribution.
Any affiliate found engaging in fraudulent activity may:
• Be immediately removed from the Programme;
• Forfeit unpaid commissions;
• Lose future eligibility to participate.
8. Content & Promotion Requirements
Affiliates are expected to promote Pyromi honestly, accurately, and professionally. All promotional content must:
• Accurately represent Pyromi's current features;
• Avoid deceptive or misleading claims;
• Comply with platform rules and applicable laws;
• Include appropriate affiliate disclosures;
• Avoid harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or abusive content.
8.1 Required Disclosures
Where legally required, affiliate content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship using:
• ad;
• sponsored;
• "Affiliate link";
• Or similar legally compliant disclosures.
Disclosures must be clear, visible, and not hidden among unrelated hashtags.
8.2 Content Submission
Affiliates participating in creator campaigns or content deliverable programmes may be required to:
• Publish a minimum of two (2) Pyromi-related short-form videos per month;
• Upload final video deliverables before publication through designated submission systems, dashboards, cloud folders, or other submission methods specified by Pyromi;
• Include required hashtags, disclosures, or promotional identifiers.
Failure to meet minimum activity or submission requirements may result in:
• Reduced programme eligibility;
• Commission holds;
• Tier downgrades;
• Temporary suspension;
• Removal from the Programme.
8.3 Minimum Activity Expectations
Affiliates may be required to maintain minimum activity levels to remain active in the Programme. Pyromi reserves the right to remove inactive affiliates after extended inactivity periods.
9. Intellectual Property & Content License
Affiliates retain ownership of the original content they create.
However, by participating in the Programme and submitting, uploading, tagging, or publishing affiliate- related content featuring Pyromi, you grant Pyromi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
• Repost;
• Share;
• Edit;
• Distribute;
• Promote;
• Advertise;
• Display;
• Archive;
• Repurpose;
• Use your affiliate content for marketing, promotional, commercial, educational, or internal business purposes.
This license applies to content:
• Submitted to Pyromi;
• Tagged with Pyromi branding or hashtags;
• Created as part of Programme deliverables;
• Featuring the Pyromi platform.
Where reasonably practical, Pyromi will provide creator credit. Affiliates may not:
• Use Pyromi trademarks without authorization;
• Modify official Pyromi logos beyond approved guidelines;
• Register domains, social handles, or brands impersonating Pyromi.
10. Restricted Activities
Affiliates may not:
• Run misleading advertisements;
• Purchase ads targeting Pyromi-branded keywords without written approval;
• Spam direct messages or comments;
• Use fake testimonials;
• Misrepresent product capabilities;
• Promote illegal, hateful, adult, or harmful content;
• Generate fake engagement or fraudulent referrals;
• Use unauthorized branding assets;
• Impersonate Pyromi employees or representatives.
Pyromi reserves the right to determine whether conduct violates these Terms.
11. FTC & Advertising Compliance
Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with all advertising, sponsorship, endorsement, and disclosure laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
This includes, where applicable:
• U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines;
• Singapore advertising laws;
• Indonesian content and digital regulations;
• Platform-specific creator policies.
Failure to provide legally required disclosures may result in:
• Suspension;
• Commission holds;
• Termination from the Programme.
11.1 Indonesian Compliance Requirements
Affiliates operating in or targeting audiences in Indonesia must comply with all applicable Indonesian laws, regulations, and digital content standards.
This includes, where applicable:
• Compliance with SARA-related restrictions involving ethnicity, religion, race, or inter-group issues;
• Compliance with Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) standards and applicable platform regulations;
• Avoidance of unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, or socially harmful content.
Pyromi reserves the right to remove content or terminate affiliates whose content may create legal, reputational, regulatory, or platform-related risks.
12. Platform & Tracking Technologies
Pyromi may use:
• Cookies;
• Analytics tools;
• Referral systems;
• Conversion tracking;
• Payment processors;
• Third-party integrations.
Participation in the Programme constitutes consent to the use of such technologies for operational, analytics, fraud prevention, attribution, and payout purposes.

13. Suspension & Termination
Pyromi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Programme at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:
• Violation of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Legal or reputational risk;
• Abuse of the Programme;
• Inactivity;
• Harmful conduct toward Pyromi or its users.
Upon termination:
• Affiliate links and codes may be disabled immediately;
• Unpaid commissions associated with violations may be forfeited;
• Access to affiliate systems may be revoked.
Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, indemnification, and accrued obligations survive termination.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyromi and its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages;
• Lost profits;
• Loss of audience or business opportunities;
• Data loss;
• Platform interruptions;
• Tracking inaccuracies;
• Third-party platform issues;
• Consequential or special damages.
Pyromi's total aggregate liability relating to the Programme shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Programme and all related systems are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pyromi makes no guarantees regarding:
• Revenue generation;
• Affiliate success;
• Continuous availability;
• Platform uptime;
• Conversion rates;
• Feature availability.
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Modifications to the Programme
Pyromi may modify:
• Commission structures;
• Programme rules;
• Payout schedules;
• Tracking systems;
• Eligibility requirements;
• Programme benefits;
• These Terms.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally through good-faith discussions.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Notwithstanding the above, Pyromi reserves the right to pursue injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where misuse, fraud, intellectual property infringement, or reputational harm occurs.
18. Privacy & Data Protection
Affiliate participation may involve the collection and processing of personal data including:
• Name;
• Email address;
• Payment details;
• Tax information;
• Analytics data;
• Referral performance data.
Such information will be handled in accordance with Pyromi's Privacy Policy.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that any audience data they collect or process complies with applicable privacy laws.
